After the curing process, the asphalt surface of the floor is cleaned and cleared of dust and foreign materials. A resurfacer layer is applied to seal the pores. Optionally, a cushion layer can be applied to provide flexibility to the floor. Two coats of acrylic paint are then applied to the resulting layer. Desired game lines are drawn on the acrylic surface, making the field ready for use.<\/span><\/p>

Cushion (Flexible Layer) : It is a flexible layer material that is 100% acrylic latex-based and filled with special rubber powder. It provides flexibility to the floor due to the special rubber content. It is directly applied in its pure form after the Resurfacer layer. It is suitable for tennis courts.<\/span><\/p>

Acrylic Color Coat: It is a final coat paint material that is 100% acrylic latex-based and contains silica sand. It is resistant to all weather conditions and sunlight (UV). It is applied by mixing it with a certain amount of water. It is environmentally friendly and not classified as hazardous.<\/span><\/p>
