A machine is used to spread and compact 2-3 stone chips with a height of 5-10 cm on the tennis court. The gravel is then compacted using a roller of appropriate tonnage. Once the gravel is spread and compacted, a wire mesh called “\u00e7esan has\u0131r” is attached over it, and a complete layer of concrete is poured to achieve a height of 10 cm. A helicopter is used to float the poured concrete surface, preparing the ground for the application of an acrylic coating.<\/span><\/p>

Ground Concrete<\/span>: Excavation work is done and mold of the field are connected. A machine is used to spread and compact 2-3 stone chips with a height of 5-10 cm on the tennis court. Iron Parts:<\/span> Welding is performed on 76\/3 mm vertical pipes to the guide pipes prepared at 3-meter intervals, and 48\/3 mm lower horizontal connection welds are added to them. Diagonal reinforcement is made on the horizontal pipes at each corner. Vertical reinforcement pipes with a thickness of 76×3 mm are welded to the vertical pipes at suitable intervals along the four sides of the court. . A hinged entrance gate is made at the desired location. After all ironwork is completed, the construction is prepared by applying industrial paint in the desired color.<\/span><\/p>

The field is surrounded by a 4-meter high chain-link fence with 50×50 mm mesh spacing and a 3.5 mm galvanized PVC coating. After the chain-link fence is tensioned and connected, three rows of 5 mm thick steel tension cables are installed around it, and the connections are made using clamps.<\/span><\/p>

Wire Mesh:<\/span> The field is surrounded by 4 m wide, 50\u00d750 mm mesh, 3.5 mm internal galvanized PVC wire mesh. After the wires are tensioned and connected, three rows of 5 mm thick steel tension cables are installed around the perimeter. These cables are pulled and connected using clamps.<\/span><\/p>

Lighting:<\/span> Four 150 W LED projectors are installed on the sides of the tennis court at a height of 5 meters, at regular intervals. These projectors are positioned in a staggered arrangement on opposite sides of the court.The cable installation and grounding procedures of the lighting system are carried out, and the connections to the lighting panel are established. Once the installation of all materials that comply with TSE standards is completed, the system is made operational.<\/span><\/p>

Floor Covering: Concrete floor is cleaned with pressurized water and air compressor.<\/span><\/p>

Cushion acrylic surfacer is applied as the filling material on top of the concrete.<\/span><\/p>

Two coats of acrylic color coat are applied on top of the filling material.<\/span><\/p>
