After properly cleaning the concrete surface, the application process of EPDM poured rubber flooring begins. This application ensures a strong bond between the concrete surface and the layer of SBR rubber product that is applied on top. After the primer application, SBR rubber granules and polyurethane binder are mixed at the appropriate rate by means of a mixer. This mixture is then spread over the primer layer to the desired thickness. The curing time for this application is approximately 12 hours. The SBR rubber is applied to the desired thickness, and then the mixture of EPDM and polyurethane binder, blended in a mixer, is applied on top of the granules. The application is done in the desired colors and patterns.
