Volleyball Court with Acrylic Floor

Acrylic flooring is a quick-drying, UV-resistant, and weather-resistant system used for both outdoor and indoor volleyball court applications. Acrylic floor can be applied as 2 mm or 3 mm. The acrylic flooring system consists of a bitumen-modified synthetic surface conditioner, synthetic coating, and synthetic topcoat acrylic paint.

The Cushion acrylic system consists of layers of bitumen-modified acrylic or rubber powder-filled cushion, surface conditioner, acrylic coating, and acrylic topcoat paint.

Tartan Floor Volleyball Court

The system consists of two layers and has water permeability. The EPDM layer is on top, and the SBR granule layer is underneath. The granule layers are mixed hot with a substance called binder. Tartan flooring is typically applied as 8mm + 5mm. The EPDM granules and SBR granules are applied with hot cast-in-place using a machine called a Paver.
